SILIOS designs and manufactures micro-optics for laser beam shaping and visible/NIR multi-spectral applications (spectrometry and imaging). The company was founded in 2001 in Peynier-Rousset, near Aix-en-Provence (South France). SILIOS is a spin-off from another bigger SME involved in the field of microelectronics. SILIOS Technologies takes benefit from the microelectronic technologies, tools and methods to manufacture micro-optical components. Its port-folio of products address various fields of applications: beam shaping for medical laser, tooling laser or scientific lasers, micro-spectrometer applications, aberration generation, multi-spectral imaging … The company is engaged in many research fields covering micro-optics manufacture and optical instruments development.
